Zander was one of the first five employees at Medterra, where he helped shape the brand from its earliest days into what would become one of the world’s largest CBD companies.
From the ground up, Zander led the design and branding of Medterra’s visual identity — establishing a clinical, clean, and minimalist aesthetic that challenged the visual norms of the CBD space at the time. The goal was simple: create a brand that communicated quality, transparency, and trust in an emerging and often confusing industry.
That design system went on to define Medterra’s packaging and brand presence globally, helping position the company as a category leader. The work has since been recognized with multiple packaging awards and continues to influence how CBD brands approach clarity, restraint, and credibility.
